ちょっとAIRで使いたいアプリがあったので、Fedora 15にAdobe AIRのRuntimeを入れてみました。が、.airパッケージからアプリをインストール出来ずにつまづきました。

.airパッケージを右クリックすると、コンテキストメニューに「Adobe AIR Applicatoin Installerで開く」が有るんですが、これを選んでもダブルクリックしても、無反応です。エラーダイアログがでるでもなく/var/log/messageに何か出てるでもないので、ちょっとお手上げ状態。でもあまり時間が無いので、これ以上は追ってません。

アクセスすると、ちゃんとLinuxが検出済みでした。.debや.rpmといったパッケージが選べるんですが、YUMがあったのでYUMにしました。すると、yumリポジトリを追加するためのrpmがダウンロード出来るのでインストールします。

$ cat /etc/yum.repos.d/adobe-linux-i386.repo 
[adobe-linux-i386]

追加されたyumリポジトリ。どうやら64bitじゃないみたい。ちょっとだけググってみたけど、64bit版がありそうな情報は見当たらなかったので、諦めました。

$ sudo yum install adobeair

リポジトリが追加されるだけでAIRは入ってないので、インストールします。

$ yum info adobeair
