Custom PHP on Dreamhost with CakePHP

Just a quick note about setting up a custom php.ini file, mixed with Dreamhost's CGI wrapper setup for (sub)domains. I wanted a larger execution time and post maximum. If you're using Dreamhost and CakePHP, this might be for you.
