id:moshimore:20090317:UserAddViewで作成したユーザー登録フォームに確認用のパスワード入力ボックスを追加する。

Authコンポーネントを使った場合、$this->data['User']['password']には、暗号化されたパスワードが格納されてしまうため、値チェックが行えない。

そのため、別途、パスワード入力用のボックスを2つ用意して、それらの値をチェックできるようにする。
